1. Accounts & Registration

  • Provide true, accurate details (name, email, etc.) when registering. Update info promptly if it changes (e.g., new shipping address for tumbler orders).
  • You’re responsible for your account password—do not share it. Contact us immediately if you notice unauthorized activity (e.g., unrecognized straw cup purchases) to lock your account.

2. Orders & Payment

  • After placing an order and completing payment, we’ll review it (check stock: e.g., insulated mug styles, tumbler sizes, straw cup colors) within 2 business days. Orders take effect once approved and shipped.
  • Prices are confirmed at checkout. We accept international credit cards, PayPal, etc. Failed payments require info verification; unpaid orders are canceled automatically after timeout.
  • No cancellations for personal reasons after order confirmation (unless out of stock). Forced cancellation incurs an 8% fee of the order value (covers preparation: e.g., tumbler packaging, insulated mug quality checks).

3. Products & Shipping

  • Product info (insulated mug heat-retention time, tumbler capacity, straw cup material) follows the product page. Minor differences (e.g., tumbler height 0.5-1cm variance, straw cup color slight offset from lighting) are normal. Check details or contact us before ordering.
  • Shipping follows our Shipping Policy. Provide a complete delivery address (house number, phone number). Our operation address (1708 SYLVAN AVE APT 1, MODESTO, CA, 95355) is not for delivery. A $6 re-shipping fee applies for returns/late delivery due to wrong addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Insulated Mugs/Tumblers: 25-day free returns (unused, no dents; original boxes intact); 12-day free exchanges for quality issues (e.g., broken insulation, leaky lids).
  • Straw Cups: 30-day free returns (unused, no scratches; all parts—straws, lids—included); 15-day free exchanges for quality issues (e.g., cracked cups, stuck straws).
  • Personal reasons (e.g., wrong tumbler size, straw cup style regret) require you to cover return shipping. Exchanges for “change of mind” are not allowed.

5. Liability & Updates

  • We’re responsible for product quality but not liable for: insulated mug damage from dropping, tumbler wear from rough use, or straw cup issues from ignoring care instructions.
  • We may update these terms for operational needs. Updates are posted on our site—continuing to shop means you accept the new terms.
