We ship to 90+ countries/regions worldwide, including the U.S. mainland, major European nations (UK, Germany, France), Asia-Pacific (Japan, Australia), and key Southeast Asian areas. Remote locations (e.g., some islands, conflict zones) are not supported—you’ll get a system alert at checkout if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery Time
- Hub Location: Orders ship from our Modesto, California operation center (1708 SYLVAN AVE APT 1, MODESTO, CA, 95355) or nearby overseas warehouses.
- Timeline: 3-5 business days for near-warehouse areas (U.S. mainland, European core cities); 7-10 business days for remote regions. Customs clearance may add 1-2 days—track real-time progress via your order link.
- Special Packaging: Insulated mugs/tumblers use foam sleeves + rigid boxes to prevent dents; straw cups are packed with separate pouches for straws/lids (avoid loss or damage).

- Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $55 (applies to all drinkware: insulated mugs, tumblers, straw cups).

4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number will be sent to your email once shipped. Check status in “My Orders” or via carriers (DHL/USPS). For delayed shipments (over 3 days) or damaged packaging (e.g., crushed tumbler boxes), email livable_measly.2o@icloud.com for help.
5. Important Notes
- Customs Duties: Duties may apply outside the U.S. and EU—covered by the recipient, per local rules.
- Address Accuracy: Provide a complete address (house number, phone number). Wrong addresses cause returns/lost packages—$6 re-shipping fee applies.
